Aromas of fresh peaches leap from the glass along with hints of ginger and lilac. Once sipped, a shower of foamy bubbles dances soulfully on the tip of your tongue and then bursts into a medley of crisp citrus fruit.
Carnivor Cabernet is big and bold that opens with a deep, dark inky color and aromas of dark cherry and toasted oak. On the palate, this Cabernet offers rich flavors of blackberry, coffee and mocha. This is a dry-yet-fruity wine with aromas of Asian pear, fresh peach, and pineapple. The mouth is crisp, medium bodied, with a juicy finish.
Deep, dark, almost black color. Black cherry, blackberry and cassis fruit with toasted spice and a smattering of sweet vanilla, cola and coffee. Intense, dark and exotic aromas . This wine is wonderful to drink now, but the history of Red Mountain wines is one of longevity. This wine will change over time, but should always be interesting and pleasurable to drink. Ten years? Twenty years? We don’t have the history yet with Red Mountain Malbec.
The Candy Babee is a fun take on a seriously good Riesling. The light-skinned Riesling grapes for this wine came exclusively from the Santa Ynez Valley, in Santa Barbara County, located in the larger Central Coast appellation of California.

This limited release blends red and white grapes together, leading to a sparkling white wine with a darker disposition. Flavors of strawberry and white peach combine with a hint of vanilla. Best served chilled!
