World Chocolate Day or International Chocolate Days is an annual celebration of chocolate. But did you know that there are more than one Chocolate Days? The U.S. National Confectioners Association has declared September 13 as International Chocolate Day, as it is the day Milton S. Hershey of the world-renowned Hershey chocolate empire was born.
